COVID-19 Delivery Information
In response to COVID-19, all our carriers are taking precautionary measures to ensure the health and wellbeing of their drivers and our customers. Please be assured that all our carriers are following the advice and guidelines from the government and that the safety of everyone is our priority. There is currently no impact on our delivery services at this stage, however, we encourage all customers to use your home address for delivery. Moving forward all carriers will operate a contact-free delivery service which means that you won’t be required to sign for any parcel that’s delivered. You can see all carrier guidelines and measures upon visiting the nominated carrier website, emails will be provided upon dispatch to confirm delivery information. We hope that you understand and appreciate the measures that have been implemented to protect you and ensure we can continue operating as normal. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
